Motorcycle Repair: poping out deceleration, thunder monster baffles, big city thunder monster baffles

QUESTION: hi mike i got a 2005flstci with the headers off a 2003 flstsci headers with big city thunder monster baffles in head pipe just b4 the muffles witch are guted screamn eagles with fishtail tips i have stage 1 down load and air filter kit with a power commander3 on it with the down load 4 stage 1 with stagered doudles dont the heritage headers what can i do to stop the popin i cant find a map for my set up on the pc3 web site everything looks good &tip i get 51 mpg also

With the setup you have, you are probably sucking air through the exhaust, which will cause the popping. You dont have enough back pressure. Your best bet is to call dyno jet and explain your problem and they might have a map you can download or can write you one
