Motorcycle Repair: 1999 yamaha R6 (No Fire), tilt sensors, clutch lever

Question
I got a 99 R6 that will get fire all the way to the coils but not past that. I have changed the coils, plugs, rectifier, and battery. It turns over great and that is the only thing it will do. All the tilt sensors are set to the way they are suppose to be. I work on motorcycles myself and this one just got me stuck in a hole. Could you possible help me out with this.
Thanks

Answer
Not sure if I can be much help, especially without a wiring diagram for your bike to refer to. Most safety cutouts like a kill switch or a clutch lever safety switch cut power going to the coil, not coming from it, otherwise those would be the first things I'd check. However, it might not hurt to check the operation of the kill switch itself anyway and trace its wires to ensure there are no breaks or shorts. I'm wondering, though, if there's a ground wire missing on the coil.
