Motorcycle Repair: honda ct90 caborator, honda ct90, adjustment screws

Question
i have a Honda ct90 that ran six years ago then quit and spent six years in the garage. now that im older im trying to get the darn thing running again but the carb was all gummed up so i completely disassembled it and cleaned it thoroughly but i don't no what to set the adjustment screws at so that i can get it to fire once i get the spark situation fixed. so what im trying to get at is how far should i back the screws out?

Answer
Alex, start at 2.5 turns out and then once it running and warmed up, adjust the screw in slowly until you hear the engine start to slow down and then turn it out slowly until it slows down again.  Then set the screw midway between those two points.
