Motorcycle Repair: Push Rod Covers, push rod, o rings

Question
I have installed new o-rings on my push rod covers and they still lesk.
Do I need to replace the covers.


Answer
Make sure the area is clean where the o-rings go as well as the pushrod covers. Once you have them installed, sometime you can rotate them back and forth a little to get them to seat better. If they still leak then you probably need to replace them
