Motorcycle Repair: 50 cc Honda, honda elite, wont kick

Question
My 89 Honda Elite has fuel, spark, even exhaust when I am trying to start it. I have good compression but try all day long it just wont kick over. Anything off the top of your head?

The thing about the elite (i believe) is the scooter has to be on the center stand in order to fire. give that a try, If nothing else, try some fresh fuel. the Pilot jets are so small that they get clogged easily. In that case you'll need a carb clean...
