Motorcycle Repair: Clutch, 90cc atv, engine oil

Hey well i do not have a motorcycle but i do have a 90cc ATV and have a question about the clutch. Well when i drive the ATV it feels like it has trouble shifting after about 15 MPH, then it vibrates a ton, and eventually shifts.  I contacted someone already and they said it could be the clutch. My question is do you think that it is the clutch or the transmission.

Hi Erik,

I would start by making sure theres enough or at least clean oil in the machine. Many of those run the engine oil for the trans. Second if that doesnt help, I would try and readjust your clutch. You'll need to refer to your service manual to do that. All machines are slightly different.
