Motorcycle Repair: 92 FXR - Oil Leak out of Air Breather Line, air breather, leak oil

Question
I have a 92 FXR that just had a top end done on it including a new oil pump.  The shop has promised to make it good however I feel that they may not know what is causing this.  I've seen previous postings with the same problem caused by the check ball and weak spring but they installed a new oil pump.  Could it be the same thing?  Any other ideas?  It only starts to leak oil after it's warmed up and only when I'm traveling at around 40+ MPH.  It is a substantial amount of oil too.  Thanks in advance!

Answer
The ball and spring you are refering to has nothing to do with the oil problem when the bike is running. It only keeps oil from going from the oil tank to the bottom end when the bike isnt running.
The only thing I can think of is that the breather is out of time.
Good luck and happy riding
