ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME PLEASE THANK YOU.

Answer
Ralph,
Sounds like a bad ground or short somewhere on the right blinker wire
Are the bulb sockets in good condition? A bad connection to ground may be the problem.
Try cleaning the bulbs and sockets good, and maybe
try switching left bulbs to the right side and see
if it helps. Make sure you are using the right fuses,
or try a slightly heavier fuse and see if it still blows it.
If it does, you definitely have a short somewhere on that blinker wire.
Has your charging system been checked?
Some ignitions have a time-out if battery drops too low when starting. Make sure your battery cables are tight.
