Motorcycle Repair: Bike, plug hole, kindof

Hi, I Have Some Kind Of Old Pedal Motorbike....When i try and start it ti kindof shoots oil out of the exhaust, and doesnt want to run....any idea why this is? thankx

it sounds like it is probably flooded with gas or oil.
Do you know what year, make or model it is?
Check and see if it has any compression,
it should blow your finger off the spark plug
hole at least. Watch out for gas and/or oil
shooting out of the hole, you might want to
pedal it a bit to clean out any old gas.
Then see if it has any spark to the spark plug.
You might have to clean the carburetor if it
hasn't run lately.
