Motorcycle Repair: 06 softail deluxe pipes, stock pipes, performance thanks

i wanted a stronger sound than stock pipes, ended up with harley slip on pipes-screaming eagle...they do not scream...it has been suggested to trim the baffles? will this make it louder? should i have it re-calibrated after doing this? or do you have another suggestion to make the bike louder? without dropping performance.

Your best bet is to check some other harleys that you hear. That way you can get the sound you are looking for. Ask the rider what hes running. Trimming the baffles isnt goign to gain you much sound.
Once you have your pipes picked out then you need to reflash the EMC
