i just want to know what is the advantage of rigid frame to softail assy. and the way how to ride those types of frames.

Answer
Its going to depend on how your riding. On the long haul you want the shocks. Short runs on a hardtail is fine. Hardtails are hard on the rear unless you have a springer seat. Rigid frames are cheaper and take less parts to assemble. On riding a hardtail you have to be careful not to hit large potholes or it can throw you sideways depending onthe way you hit the pothole.
