Motorcycle Repair: dresser wobble, swing arm, speed increase

I would like to find out if you have ever had an experience with diagnosing a low speed wobble that diminishes with a speed increase.I have a customer with a 2000 road king and cannot duplicate the condition myself but he insists that it exists.any opinions or insight would be helpful

Answer
First, check the tires. Run your hand over them to check for high and low spots. Next, check the neck bearing to make sure its the correct tightness. Third, check the make sure the bearing is not going out. Fourth, check the swing arm.
