Question
my brother used to abuse bike, he bought after engine was overhauled. drove very hard and neglected for approx 2 years, mom repoed bike, and  parked in her garage for approx 2 years, never turned over. just sitting > now i am trying to get running to sell.
no oil in tank, i assume in case somewhere. removed dead battery, tried to jump off with my truck.(after filling oil tank of course) bairly turns over, then click click as if low battery, hook charger up to it for added power, still bairly turn over, i assume case is full of oil, which is adding to needing so much extra power to turn over, is their a way to get oil out of case>  any ideas r appreciated.

Answer
A bike sitting that long, probably needs the battery replaced. Do not try to jump it from a truck. to many cranking amps. you could blow the bike battery up. So the first thing you ned to do is get a battery.
Your missing oil is probably in the bottom end of the motor. There is really no way to get it out unless you start the bike. When you start the bike, have it outside. If the bottom end is full of oil it will be pumped to the ground, because the return side of the oil pump cant pump it fast enough. Your other problem is you filled the oil tank. So when the bike starts the oil tank is going to run over.
Good luck and happy riding
