Question
hey Mark,i have a 1974-75 kawasaki ke100 sitting in my garage and i have been trying to get it running, I have gotten a new piston and had the head rebored, It starts up fine and has good compression but as soon as I twist the gas throttle it dies whether the choke is on or off,the bike had sat for 5-6 yrs before but about 3 months ago i had the entire thing cleaned, carb, new piston, pipes, etc.im stumped on whats making it stall. Got any ideas?

Answer
Hi Zach,

Sounds as if she's starving for fuel. Try restricting air intake with your hands for a second while applying throttle. What happens?

Describe the spark plug to me.
