Motorcycle Repair: 86 fourtrax, fuel pump relay, 1986 honda fourtrax

Hi Mark I have a 1986 honda fourtrax 350 4x4 I am having a fuel problem the fuel pump doesnt pump when i turn the key on like it normaly does I tested the two wires going into the pump. no power I also jumped power into the pump and it didnt pump?

A:  Either the fuel pump or the fuel pump relay is defective. Follow service manual testing procedures to verify the cause.
