Motorcycle Repair: very weak spark, voltage rectifier, ac volts

Followup To : What else has to do with it not getting enough spark to the ignition coil ?
I checked the output of the stator and got around 40 ac volts , but I had to pull real hard .disconnected the voltage-rectifier and the nuteral safety just incase they were robbing power.
Question -
Honda 1984 200TRX ATV -replaced cdi box ,ohm's on pulsar coil 31 ( spec 20-40 ), ohm's on stator 297 ( spec 100-400 )ignition coil 1.5 ohms between terminals , 10.6 between plug wire end and terminal on coil . pulsar coil does tell the cdi when to fire right.

Battery, conductors, connectors, ignition switch, engine kill sw, safety sw, CDI, pick-up coil, ignition coil, spark plug, and chasis grounds.

With the CDI or pick-up coil, it's gonna have spark or it isn't. Other parts may cause weak arc.

A healthy arc is blue. A weak arc may be caused by defective spark plug, improper plug gap, defective plug lead or cap, corrosion, loose or defective connectors, or water shorting.
