I need to remove the front tire to my 1999 Honda CBR 600 F4.  I don't want to make a mistake when replacing it.  I also want to change the oil.  Same thing.

There's no question here.

I suspect you want to know how to do the tasks mentioned.

Get a copy of the service manual to learn about removing the front tire and changing oil.

My advice is to buy the factory service manual. Other brands seem to confuse people.
