Answer
Hi David,

Q:  my problem is weak igniton very tiny sparks.

A:  Perform electrical diagnosis to verify the integrity of the charging and ignition systems.

Q:  what carburator size in mm.

A:  You'll have to do the math and figure the appropriate size carburetor needed. I recommend Lectron carbs.

Q:  what is the ideal final gear ratio.

A:  Again, you have to have do the math or learn from experience which final gearing produces the best results. Most racers keep a wide selection of sprockets in their spares kits for tuning.

Fianl drive gearing ratio is 3:1 or make changes in three point incriments on the rear sprocket and one point incriments on the front sprocket.

Q:  the modification i have so far are - port and polished, stainless big valves, ceramic coated piston, combustion chamber, valves. lighten crankshaft&flywheel.stronger valves springs.

A:  Nice mods. Keep plenty of spares and gaskets handy for the frequent rebuilds associated with maintaining the engine.
