Hi Mike. I have an 04 fuel injected Deuce with about 1300 miles on it. I installed a set of Screamin eagle II exhaust pipes, stage 1 kit and the down load. When I brought it in for service , I continued with the regular HD oil. My problem is on hot days (over 70 deg.) the bike stalls when I pull in the clutch lever but it still has good exceleration if I keep the throttle open.Any thoughts? Thanks, Darren.

Has it always done this ever since you did the above changes? What does it normally idle at?
Mike
Hi Mike. I can't say for sure if it was stalling before the changes. I  bought the bike during the winter and just broke it in now. I live near the Can./US. border and any hot days, where it hit 70 deg. was after the changes where made. On cooler days such as 40 to 60 deg. it will idle normal.I should mention that I did bring the bike in for service at my local dealer and told them the problem. They said no faults where found.
So I'm kinda left hangin. Thanks again, Darren.

Answer
The only thing I can think of, without having the bike to do some diagnosis, is that the throttle position censer that controls the idle is either bad or sticking. The other the next time it does it i would ride to the shop and show them what it is doing, so they can see for themselves.
Good luck and happy riding
Mike
