Motorcycle Repair: Parts for CB92, tank badges, right hand tank

Question
Hi Bill,
Restoration is progressing on my 1961 CB92R, however I am in need of some parts:
tach cable
exhaust pipes
right hand tank badge (HONDA-- Benly125)
front and rear mud flaps (Blue as original)
The list is getting shorter, if you recall when I bought the bike back in 1991 the engine was gone. I did find a CB92E engine serial number says it's 1960, but thats OK I have a CB92 engine.
Ray Davis has been lots of help but he gave me an English silver called Simoniz five wheel silver, I cannot cross reference this paint in US can you help with US brands for CB92 wheel huds, backing plates,horn-tire pump
Most everything else has been sorted out,I plan the complete and first ride by spring 2005.
Thanks for your help.

Answer
Bob, There are some repro tank badges on Ebay, through David Silver Spares currently. Dave Ayersthorpe used to make up header pipes. Nick at Ohio Cycle has done front fender flaps in two colors, but not the rear.

Most US Honda guys use Duplicolor Steel wheel paint for silver bits. That has a shiny finish. Krylon makes DULL ALUMINUM for the flat finishes. Automotive paint stores or WALMART may have the paint.

Those bikes are tough to restore in the 21st Century. Good for you to have dedicated 14 years to gathering all the bits together....
