Motorcycle Repair: wheels, duel disc, fxrs

Question
I have a 92 fxrs , J&P has a front wheel , 21 in. by 2.15 , can I get that to fit , They say it will but it has a 16 x 3 on it now , & that is stock , thx for any help

fxrs bikes came from the factory with a 19" wheel. Not a 16" wheel, it will fit. the fxlr came with a 21" wheel and it has the same front end as the fxrs except for the duel disc brakes. Southside Johnny   Phoenix Az  602-340-1266
