can you tell me what fuse it it for the horn because i don't have the cover

Hi Jasmine -

The best way to do this, as models vary, is to get a light type circuit tester (a few dollars at any auto store) and test each terminal of each fuse. If one terminal lights and the other side does not, then you have found the defective fuse.

Otherwise, I don't know what year, make and model you have but the operator's manual that came with the vehicle would have that info, or if worst comes to worst, you can call the car dealership.
