i replaced front and rear motor mounts but still the front  moves up as if i never changed it.

There is one more motor mount on the side that might need to be replaced.  Other than that you are going to need to look at the new motor mounts to see if they are defective.  You might have gotten a new old stock one that the rubber was dry rotted on.
