Nissan Repair: Time to replace speedometer sensor, nissan quest gxe, nissan quest

On a 2000 Nissan Quest GXE, how long does it take to replace the speed / speedometer sensor on the (driver) side of the transmission?
Does it simply screw in / out?
Are there any clips or springs that could make this job more difficult?

It is an easy job where you just need a ten millimeter socket to unscrew the bolt that holds it on and then disconnect the wire plug and replace it.  The new one comes with an o-ring already in place.  Purchase the new one and you will know what you are looking for.
