Nissan Repair: Headlights, adjustment screws, flat blade

Question
I just got my used 350z 2005 I took it in to a local body shop in my home town and asked to have the headlights adjusted, they tried to adjust the aiming screws on the light but could not get them to go up or down, is there a recall or any idea how to move forward with this process to get it done? Thank you for your advice.

Answer
Kenton,

There are adjustment screws.  Provided they are not broken the adnustment is done with a long flat blade screwdriver.  Get a flashlight and shine it straight down, inside, under the hood, behind the light.  Use the flat blade to rotate the star clip a twist at a time. Insert blade and pry (twist) one way a notch at a time.
