Nissan Repair: po325 code on 2000 Frontier v6, rod bearings, knock sensor

Will worn out spark plugs cause a po325 code? Spark plugs are worn but seemed to be opperating properly.

P0325 is the knock sensor.  This monitors the timing advance making sure the engine does not pre-ignite the fuel.  If the knock sensor is defective, and yours is, means your mileage suffers since the computer retards timing to keep from causing engine damage.  If the engine knocks the rod bearings eventually will spin and that will be cause for an engine rebuild.
