Nissan Repair: 98 altima with no spark problem, fullsize chevy truck, crank sensor

Question
Replace crank sensor and didn't fix. Checked all connnections and fuses. I drove the car 45 miles from home to my sisters and it acted just fine and I cut it off and next morning it would turn over but not start. I tried to jump it off no luck. It has  a 2.4 liter. Any suggestions on why you hear fuel pump and it has fuel pressure and will not start? It turns over fine but no spark to get it to start. Had the distributor checked and roto button but no luck still. The car didn't smoke or make any noises and done fine up here but next day would not start. I had a ex lock up his breaks and I locked miine up and barely tapped his fullsize chevy truck on the bumber and no damage to my car and I drove few other places and cut car off anf turned on with no trouble like 4 times until I left it over night and got up to start it and turns over fine but no fire to get it started and now we don't know what else to try. Any suggestions?

Answer
Karen,

I would check the ignition fuse to see if it has blown.  Also, if it is good then I would check for power to the ignition coil.  IF you have power to the ignition coil then the next thing is the transistorized amplifier on the strut tower.  Email me back if you need more.
