Nissan Repair: Headlights, nissan sentra, low beams

I am going considering purchasing a 1999 Nissan Sentra. The high beam indicator light stays on all the time as well as the high beams being on when the low beams should be on and the low beams being on when the high beams should be on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

This sounds like the master switch is defective or the relays are not cutting off.  Make sure no one has played with the wiring harness.  Check under the hood and behind the lights.  Look for additional wiring to make sure no one has cut into the harness to modify the harness before purchasing the master switch.
