Nissan Repair: 2001 Nissan Sentra Bumper Replacement, nissan sentra, flexible substrates

Hi, I need to replace my front bumper on the 2001 Nissan Sentra. Could you
please give some instructions, as I hope to do it myself?

I'm not a collision man...I do paint and body, but I have taken off my share of bumpers.  Usually they are secured by two shock like post--each with 4 studs you can back a nut off from.

As for the flexible substrates, I would have to look at it.
