Nissan Repair: cooling fan, radiator fluid, stranger things

Question
Dear All
my car is nissan primera2001
I have a problem with my cooling fan , both fans are very slow so i have a high tempriture (little before the red line) and this done when i switch on the AC-unit(aircondition) and the tempriture in my country arround 47 at afternoon so what is suitable solution for this case

Answer
Ali,

If the fans are slow is the alternator working properly.  At about 1200 RPM the alternator should put out 14 volts.  If not have the charging system checked.  I cannot see a 2001 with bad fans this early.  But, you could attempt to spin them with your hands when the engine is off and see if they are binding.  Stranger things have happened and it could be that the bearings are gone on the fans.  If the alternator checks good and the fans are binding, not spinning freely when you spin them with your hand, then replace the fans.  Also, if you have not changed the radiator fluid in the last two years that would be a good idea too.
