Dear Von,

Thank you for the reply. My Pathy ONLY shivers
momentarily when I engage the Over Drive button
(ON position) and race the engine between speeds of 40-50 miles per hour. The vehicle does not shiver at any other speed or when the Over Drive is on the OFF position.

I had the Transmission removed, and completely dismanteled and checked 3 times so far!!!! with no luck. I am quite desperate and more inclined now to believe that it is a Vaccum Sensor issue as you suggested. Do you agree with me?

Where is that Vacuum Sensor located and can it be easily replaced.

Answer -
Wassim,

Yes, it seem like it is locking up too soon and that sensor would cause the vibration.

Answer
Wassim, there is a vacuum sensor on the intake.  The parts guy should know.  If not, check out courtesynissan.com and send them an email for the part number ad exact location on the intake.  The last one I did was on the intake plenum behind the throttle body.  I have not seen your car so I would think it would be close to the same location.
