Nissan Repair: 95 Nissan Mileage?, nissan 200sx, mechanical limits

I'm interested in selling my 95 Nissan 200SX, but my odometer hasn't worked since around 75,000 miles.  I'm guessing I have around 130,000 miles on it now.

Does the car's computer record the mileage?  If not, I'll probably just get the waiver from the dmv.

No, the computer does not show the miles on the car.  I would fix he instrument by going to the wrecking yard and replacing the odometer.  Then, I would adjust the mileage to reflect the correct mileage.  Remember that after 100K miles the government states that the mileage exceeds the mechanical limits.  So, if you have over 100K miles no one really cares.  As long as the car is in good working order you should be fine.
