Nissan Repair: change fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, nissan primera

when i change fuel filter on 98 nissan primera disel, it is slow to start. do i need to bleed the fuel line and if so how, thanks

If it is running there is no air in the system.  I would get Nissan fuel conditioner for your car.  One treatment should get things in order.  The fuel pressure regulator seems to be sticking.  Now, if it is really cold out and the problem started it would be the cold weather.
