Nissan Repair: 94 Sentra Horn, test light, horn button

Hello,

I am wondering what I need to fix the horn on my car, it hasn't worked for some time now. I got a brand new relay switch, but it still doesn't work. It can only be the horn itself, right ?

It is probably the horn.  To check if the horn gets power get a test light and take the terminal off the horn at the front of the car and using the test light have someone press the horn button.  If it lights replace the horn.  If it does not then it is the horn pad on the steering wheel.
