Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1996 Buick Lasabar brakes, abs system, autozone

Question
On my 1996 buick when I come to a stop (just before the stop)I here a noise or buzzing sound and feel it in the brake peddle, even when put in neutral and coast to a stop, how can I tell what sensor it could be if that is the problem ?

Answer
The sound is the ABS system.
It is the sound of it opening a valve to keep one of the wheels from locking up, if it is working correctly.

First, make sure all the tires are the same size, and properly inflated.

If they are, then go by an Autozone, and see if they can read brake codes. They will read the engine codes for free.
Even reading the brake codes may not tell you which wheel is trying to lock up, and you may need to just remove the wheels and check condition of the brakes.
