Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1991 Buick regal, buick regal, car wont start

Changed out the old battery And now the car  wont start. any ideas. fuel relay kicks in and there is pressure at the fuel rail . and there is spark going to the plug..

Hi Rick,
Just check the fuses, and see if for some reason one of them burnt out.
Inj would be what I would think, which is the power to the injectors.

Change the batt is all you did?

Didn't try to start it with a big battery charger?

I would want to see if there is pulsed voltage to the injectors. Maybe get and try some "Noid" lights from a parts store.
