Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: flooding in 91 lesabre, buick lesabre, blow dryer

Question
91 buick lesabre 3.8 floods out and is very hard to get started when it is wet out but once it starts it runs fine.It is also cold out but I dont think that has as much to do with it as it being wet out.The car has over heated a couble times but nothing to bad and I have since fixed the over heating problem.I am thinking it might be a sensour but sometimes if I hold a blow dryer and blow hot air on the coil it sometimes comes out of it and starts.

Answer
hi brian, well it sounds like a temp sensor.and here is why.the temp sensor constantly monitors eng temp not for the guage ,but so it can tell the ecm when it is cold to add more fuel when it is hot to add less fuel.when the sensor fails it will flood eng.good luck please vote for me
