Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: heating system, buick lesabre, lesabre custom

Question
I have a 1993 Buick LeSabre Custom. I do not have any heat or cooling coming out of the dash ducts.  The blower motor seems to be working but it's like the doors to the ducts are closed.  I'm thinking that the whole dashboard will have to come out.  I'm not sure how to do that and I'm not sure it's necessary.  Any ideas?

hi  isaiah, well maybe not the whole dash.do you hear a hissing noise under the dash.remove cover under dash you will see heater box there is a cpl of vac motors there that have hoses hooked to them maybe one has fallen off.start eng run temp selector and defrost at the same time watch these doors and listen you will hear a vac mtr run but not do anything this will be your prob you can open this door manually or find out why it is not opening.good luck please rate my help ty billymac
