Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Air conditioner, car none, batt

Question
I have a 92 Olds 98 Regency. The a/c controller on the dash only shows three dashes when the car is started. When you start the car the fan for the a/c comes on for about 15 seconds, then shuts off. The A/C compressor runs continuosly. I have no control for the a/c or heater. the module never does anything but show the three dashes. Any ideas? I was told the a/c relay was bad, I am not sure where the a/c relay is. I found relays under the hood, and on the passenger side of the car. None are marked A/C.

hi ron.normally this prob happens while changeing a batt or giveing someone a jump .try and disconnect the neg cable from the batt.but before you do make sure everything is off doors are closedint lights have turned off.then disconnect neg cable for 30 mins.hopefully when you hook it back up and start the car the bcm will reset .good luck please rate my help ty billymac
