Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 95 Buick Park Ave. wont start when hot, buick park ave, selonoid

Question
I changed the engine control computer as you suggested and the car starts fine.  Now that the computer has set itself car runs like new.  Thanks for you help Pete, appreciate it.  The starter selonoid is starting to go, anything I should be aware of before I pull it off, looks like it might be a little tight down there, I'm just going to replace the starter.   Pete Kametz

Answer
hello pete
glad to here it worked out for you. the starter is complete when u buy it it is some what tight i know this but you work from the fron . it is not as bad as it looks . the only thing is what u want to watch when you drop the starter . the wires or a little short dont let it fall to ground . good luck to you and i belive it is a 15 mitric wrench and no. ten or 8 metric for wires pete
