Why dip stick funnel is acting as a vacuum, sucking in air.  Starts to make a loud scraping noice.  1996 Pontiac Bonneville SSei

for some reason there is excessive vacuum in the crank case what the pcv valve replaced on this for a service recently? if so it it either the wrong one of the seal for the valve is missing and vacuum is leaking around the valve. one other thing is on the supercharged engines the gasket between the super charger and the intake manifold goes bad and there is a vacuum leak there or the source hose under the nose of the super charger is split open and it has a vacuum leak there as well. hope that helps. good luck :-)
