what are the coil springs between axles in differential,and how to deal with them if i am want replace axle seal

Hey Joe:

do you mean the actual springs for the suspension they are the same side to side or do you man the springs inside the differential case once you take the cover off the differential? The ones inside stay put you don't take them apart they are part of the limited slip assembly (posi) when you take the axles our of the tubes on either side do not rotate them pull them straight out and that way you will not have to deal with the posit unit being disturbed. Same thing when putting them back in.
