Pontiac Repair: 1994 Grand Prix SE Door problems, door handle, latch

Question
I have a 2 door 94 grand prix, i have had problems opening both doors. Last month the outside door handle broke on the driver side. My question is do i need a new door or can i get another panel with a new handle.

You can get just the handle. That was a pretty common issue on those cars. You may need a new door lock (latch) those would tend to seize up and or bind and make the handle work harder to open the door and then the tab would break off the handle.. Like I said it was pretty common back in the day.
