Pontiac Repair: 2005 Pontiac Montana-delayed locks, pontiac montana, door locks

Question
Somehow I have activated the automatic delayed locks.  Whenever I turn the car off and open the driver's door, there is a double ding and the doors lock.  This is really annoying.  The manual tells you how to activate this, but not how to UNactivate it.  Please help me.  Thanks!

Hi Jan:

You didn't state if this is an old body style or new body style Montana. I'm gonna assume it's a SV6 "new Body" You chnage the options with the DIC buttons on the dash scroll through the options untill you fin delayed options and toggle through the door lock options untill you find the option you want for the door locks. If this in an old body style it's more complicated. Good luck :)
