1998 Pontiac Bonneville ssei 3.8 supercharged
I would like to know what is the problem is with my steering. The steering to left in forward gear is very hard.The right turns and in reverse are no problem. I have replaced the struts and sway bar links. Any ideas???

It is MOST LIKELY the rack and pinion gear itself.
But this is a VERY expensive part. My best advice would be to have it properly diagnosed using a pump flow test.
There is a special tool used to check the inner working of the pump and to eliminate pump and internal valves.
