Pontiac Repair: 97 pontiac grand prix gtp electrical, pontiac grand prix, passanger side

Question
my blower fan only works on low and high if you put it on speeds 2-4 it turns off the headlights or makes them flash off and on. the a/c only works on the passanger side when i can get it to turn on. you have to push the a/c button repeatedly to get it to light up. then sometimes when it is light it flickers from dim to bright. the driver info center goes crazy sometimes also. dim to bright or lights up everthing on it for a long period of time. does it need some relays and an a/c charge or what?

im guessing saying that the fan speed controll module or the fan speed reisiter block is shorted , i always check that fiorst when we have a fan speed problem , they are ususallu located in the duckwork on the vehicle to keep them cool  they have aprox 4 to 5 spade wire connector
