Pontiac Repair: air flow sensor, air flow sensor, maf sensor

I have an 88 firebird formula. It had 305 t.p.i. I swapped with 355 t.p.i. I used the stock air flow sensor etc, from the 305 I need more air, car doesn't want to idle unless I remove the air flow from the throttle body. Do you know where I can find a bigger air flow sensor? Or what else I can do? I have all aftermarket parts including headers, except the injectors.

Not sure if you can get a bigger MAF sensor. I believe that they are all the same size, they are just calibrated differently. If it runs good without it leave it off or you could check with someone like Summit racing or Jeggs Performance to see if they might have what you are looking for.
