Porsche Repair: sliding roof 84 930, porsche 911 1965, automotive repair manual

where can I find on line the workshop manual portion dealing with the sun roof on a 84 930 model. I need to replace the seal and cables,can't find any info or diagrams to assist me. Thanks,

Hi Fred,

I have a repair manual for the 911 that has a section covering what you're looking for.  I've got two options for you.  First, here's the name of the manual I've got....and I'd highly recommend you getting it if you don't already have one.

"Porsche 911 1965 thru 1989 Automotive Repair Manual", published by Haynes.  It's their product # 80020.  These manuals can be had at your favorite auto parts store for around $20 or less (if they don't know what you're talking about, find a better favorite auto parts store.) and they are also offered as used books over the net for much less...and they are just as good (not even greasy).  Try a place like Bookfinder.com says my wife, the shopping expert.
