RV Repair: n611 norcold, jumper wire, purple wire

How do I reset my n611 refrigerator, the dealer did it right after I bought it and it is reading the same error code after 2 years, he said he had to use a jumper but I have no idea what he was talking about, I dont want to pull it 60 miles each way just to have a simple problem fixed,

John, If you go to the outside and pull the black cover off the board and reconnect the wires, then have someone inside turn it on and you will want a jumper wire going from the number 15 pin or to describe it better it will be the open connector next to the white/ purple wire or like the second hole on top from the left. You will want to jump it from that pin to a ground for about 15 seconds or until you hear it reset. You will hear it do this too. If this is not clear enough for you I recommend that you take it in to have this done. Doing the wrong spot is bad for it. I hope this helps, Bill
