RV Repair: Duo Therm Air Conditioner not working, duo therm air conditioner, zepellin

I have a Zepellin T.T. with a Duo Therm ducted AC (model #57915.331) with the remote/thermostat. Just bought the trailer and the A/C was working (although the compressor seemed to be cycling in/out after several minutes, although that may have been due to thermostat setting. However now it won't come on at all, the light on the unit is not on which someone told me means it is not getting 12Vor110 power. I have looked at the breakers and fuses and they appear to be fine. Any ideas? Thanks, Mark

Hi Mark, The small red light you see is the solar panel charge  indicator.(I think) This sounds simple, but I have to ask.  Is there power at the microwave? The reason I ask this question is the fact you say it dose not run at all. If the compressor is bad the fan will still run. It a start cap blew out then the compressor will run and not the fan. Flip the breakers on and off. Ck the main breaker outside. If all is ok then I would ck the Tstat or the main board inside the AC unit.  Let me know what you find. Good Luck.
